Laser Maintenance Training from LMG

Strengthen your employees’ knowledge with real-world CO2 laser mastery skills taught by LMG’s laser maintenance training and process improvement experts.

LMG’s laser maintenance training classes teach you and your employees CO2 laser operation techniques, safety and programming. It doesn’t matter if you are a skilled laser professional or just a beginner. These “hands-on” courses are specific for your laser equipment. Your class will concentrate on your laser center. You will learn to program your parts on CNC systems. Then, as part of the course, you will laser cut those parts.

Laser Maintenance Group offers training in laser operation, safety and maintenance. Class graduates not only get this hysterical Laser Operator t-shirt, but increase productivity and efficiency.

We’ll cover G and M codes, safety, program creation and simulation and industrial laser system setup and operations. In the class, we’ll also train on techniques for cutting various materials such as mild or stainless steel and aluminum. And you’ll learn state-of-the-art laser center maintenance techniques, along with laser operations analysis. The only requirements? You’ll need to read a simple part print, and have a notepad, pen or pencil.

Classes are held Monday through Friday. Because these courses are hands-on training, course times may vary from day to day. Call or e-mail for specifics.

In addition, your maintenance personnel will benefit from the hands on Preventive Maintenance and print reading classes. Take a standardized on-line or in-person class, or contact us with your specific needs. We’ll set up customized laser maintenance training that fits your focused requirements.
